How It Started

A Saturday morning and a ring that changed everything.

It started at an estate sale on a cool Saturday morning — the kind where the dew is still on the grass and someone has laid out decades of a life on folding tables. Tucked in a velvet tray, almost overlooked, was a small rose gold ring with the most delicate engraving along its band. Tiny roses, hand-carved by someone who cared deeply about their craft.

We paid six dollars for it. We later learned it was Victorian — probably 1880s — and had been sitting in that box for forty years. Something about that felt wrong. Not the price. The forgetting.

TrueRelicCo was built to solve that problem. To find pieces that have been forgotten, overlooked, or underappreciated, and put them back in front of people who will love them the way they were meant to be loved.

Every piece we list has been personally held, examined, researched, and — honestly — admired before it ever reaches the shop. We don’t buy things we wouldn’t want to keep. That’s our standard, and we think you can feel it.

What Drives Us

Our Values

These aren’t marketing words. They’re the promises behind every piece we sell.

Honest Sourcing

Every piece comes with a clear account of where it was found, what condition it’s in, and what we know of its history.

Personal Curation

We don’t list everything we find — only things we genuinely love. Quality has always mattered more than quantity.

Complete Transparency

Condition notes are honest — including the imperfections. We’d rather describe a flaw clearly than have you receive a surprise.

Real Relationships

When you reach out, you hear from a real person — not a template, not a bot. We love talking about what we find.

Care in Every Package

Every order ships insured, padded, and gift-ready — because the unwrapping is part of the experience.

Sustainability at Heart

Buying antique and vintage is one of the most sustainable choices you can make. No new mining — just beautiful things loved again.
