Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your package is picked up.

All shipments include tracking. Orders over $200 include signature confirmation. Every shipment is insured for its full purchase value.

Orders totaling $150 or more ship free via USPS First Class. Applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you’re outside the US, contact us — we occasionally make exceptions.

Packaging

Every piece is cleaned, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, placed in a branded jewelry box with a cotton pad, and shipped in a cushioned mailer. A handwritten thank-you card and care card are included. Arrives gift-ready with no price tags visible.

Return Policy

If the Piece Isn’t as Described

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll issue a full refund including return shipping. No questions, no arguments. This is our absolute commitment.

Change of Mind Returns

Reach out within 7 days of delivery. Because every piece is one-of-a-kind, exchanges aren’t possible, but we can offer store credit for the full purchase amount or a refund minus original shipping once the piece is returned in original condition.

How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number and reason. We’ll reply within 24 hours. Please don’t ship anything back without hearing from us first.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Every shipment is insured for its full value. Contact us within 48 hours for damaged items (include photos of item and packaging). For lost packages, contact us if tracking shows no movement for 7 business days. We file all claims on your behalf and issue a full refund or replacement.
